Wondering how the gingerbread man project is going?

On Monday... the kids decorated the cookies.. and oh, no they escaped!
They made lost posters and huge them up in the hallway.. We had taken photos of the cookies, later we added them to wanted posters..

One little one was a little upset..... kept say, but Miss Tara, they aren't real.. I really want my gingerbread man. I had the secretary come in with the postcard from Alaska first... saying they have been spotted...
We marked the map...
Poor little guy still upset. Had to talk with babysitter.... almost went and gave him his cookie! But we explained that they were running around seeing all of the states before coming home!

Today, we used a postcard from the beach! Parents think its cute.. Kids are more excited about the gingerbread men, than the elf!

One mom said.. she had to drive really slowly home so he could look out the window in case they spotted them! She drove over a bump or pot hole, and he thought she ran over the gingerbread man!

Yes.. have an awesome pile of postcards here!!!! Secretary comes running in each morning with one! I mixed up the order, so these silly gingerbread men are running back and forth!
