Didn't the state tree get changed to aspen recently?

That's true. Since you came up with it then you should tell Ryan. Here's a link to documentation. Another interesting fact at the bottom of that article:

Done and done. Ryan updated the UT page.
Re: Pando - that just cries out for a letterbox! Do you want it or should I? It's kind of out in the boonies so won't be found often but I don't care about that.

Thanks! You're quick on things on this web site.
The first "Done" is for changing the state tree, but what's the second one? Was it just because that phrase is usually said with two?
It's a bit far away for me to go. I mean I don't travel like you do. The area is criss-crossed with roads though so it should be easy to get there. But would you put it on the edge or in the center? Do you remember when the Enterprise ventured into a large organism? ;-)

First done = I contacted Ryan; second done = Ryan edited the state tree. He was fast, too.
I'll see what I can come up with re: Pando.
Speaking of traveling, I'm on my home from the Denver area. Al bought a motorcycle there and we drove over to pick it up. It feels good to get out! It's been a difficult summer; we both had total joint replacements and recovery has been very s-l-o-w. We are not the most patient people! Sorry I missed you at the Ogden event - another medical issue. Sigh - aging is NOT for sissies!

Just throng out some ideas: Sarlac pit, Amoeba from "The Immunity Syndrome" (Star Trek episode).
It's a big biological thing. ;-)
