I am a mac-o-phile, so I can't answer my SIL's question about this: Anyone have a great recommendation for software or a system for keeping personal photos organized on a PC?

Thanks!

Photoshop Elements is really good, it allows you to tag photos and I think it has face recognition to so that it will identify people in photos for you but I haven't used that feature yet. I believe that Google also has an online program you can download and it uses face recognition as well. My SIL used that and it was free but I can't remember the name.

"Picasa" from Google and yes it is free. I use it on a couple of my PC's and I like it. It does take some time, the first time you use it, to add all your photos to it's library, but it is almost fully automatic. It does have some cool fetures too.
