~~Tuatha'an (who likes shiny, sparkly dice and is considering on obtaining a dragon as she has many dice and no one to protect them from the cat)~~

And I shudder to think of what the cat can do with those dice (especially the shiny ones), quick run out and get that dragon before who knows what....

Cain's dice are not shiny or sparkly (will add to Easter list ;)

Quote I'm now the proud owner of a beautiful set of burgundy dice with gold numbers. They also look quite nice sitting on one of the shelves in my office. I'm letting one of the dragons guard them, and the others are getting jealous:D

The Highlander got me going with "You can NEVER have too many dice." Now he and I look at dice the way some folks do internet porn. Check out the numbers on THESE babies: http://www.chessex.com/Dice/Borealis%20Dice/borealis_dice_home.htm

I own the blue and purple version of these (which look like they almost glow from inside in low light), plus the translucent blue and the translucent purple set, a dice tray to roll my pretty bones in and a blue velvet bag to hoard it all. It's all good because as a tomboy, I can punch any geek boy right in the FACE if they make fun of my dice or my Tinkerbell gaming bag that I got for my birthday from my sister-in-law. ;-)

Oh, you can never ever have too many dice! And if someone did suggest such an impossibility, just "lose" them, that's what my husband did. As a result, we each have a couple of large dice bags stuffed full. I made him a new one a few years ago. Even got the kids "boulder" dice that are so big toddlers can't choke on them

Now a dice tray, that we don't have. May have to find one of them.

I think I need help... I want - *want* - a pound of dice... but I don't need it... I have no use for them, except to stick my hand in the bag and enjoy how they clink and jumble around... but a pound of dice... mmmmmm.... how can I explain THAT to BabyPaws?
*sigh*
That chessex site is going to plauge me more than ebay...

This is why you should buy more dice... that way, the dragons won't get jealous and peace will be maintained

So, when I walked into my office last night, you could cut the tension with a knife. I had to divide the dice between the larger dragons. The smaller ones are still whining (paperclips did not appease them). I guess I have no choice but to buy more dice:D (What I won't do to justify spending money;D {But Honey, the dragons! You know what a mess they make when they fight. I NEED more dice!}LOL)

They're beautiful! Wow, this site is great. It's going to be difficult to choose from all these fabulous dice. Now that I'm hooked, I'll definately need to get another set before this campaign ends. Hubby had to pull me, kicking and screaming (okay, maybe not quite so dramatic), away from the computer last night so that I could get up for work on time this morning:D

Speaking of work, I was going to sneak another peak at the chessex site, and my company has it blocked. #$&%*!
I guess this means I'll have to go do some work now:(
Perish the thought:-o

TELL me about it! That's how I ended up with a dice tray! Actually, the Highlander got one first, but I lusted after it so much her got me one for Christmas. And NOW I need one of the cool d3 die they have (and not the d6 with double numbers, the ACTUAL d3) The Highlander has one and it's SO cool looking! It's like a translucent green triangular prism with rounded edges, so it always has to land on a side, not the ends.

The (trying to figure out the anti-theft spell on the Highlander's dice bag) Sprite & the (laughing at work because she thinks there really IS one!) Highlander

You think YOU got it bad??? The Highlander came home last night to find me half in and out of his dice bag (that d3 is HEAVY at 4 inches tall), so he pulled the drawstrings around me so I couldn't get my arms and head out. THEN since I couldn't see, he started goosin' my butt! You ever tried to escape a giant lecherous hand while dragging a lead sleeping bag with the top half of your body? I didn't THINK so! (pout)

Must have a lot of gamers at your company! My school USED to not block certain sites, but once they saw how often kids went to them, BAM! no more fun sites! LOL They blocked AQ on me once, even, and I had to explain the educational benefit to the tech boys before they unblocked it (whew!).
