Are you going to keep those beads for yourself, or make her something nifty with it? I think that would be a really nice surprise to make her a bracelet or something. Friendship article type deal.

I haven't decided yet. I might make her something with lots of black to go with Elvis' fur. She likes black. Maybe some sort of sculptural wall hanging thingy.

That sounds interesting, but a much larger item than I would have thought you would go for with those cat beads, ha ha. Sounds like a project that would take a long, long time. Go for it!
Would love to see what a cat bead looks like, is it furry, after all, or so tightly wound/tufted that it is slick?
