All you people who want to run away could come here to NC! Coffee shops, bookstores, long hikes--we've got them right here in Asheville. In several such locations there are actually letterboxes! (Malaprop's has coffee, books AND letterboxes.)

And just when it's miserably cold up north, we've got a gathering in January, so come down now and see the leaves starting to turn, or come down in January and see the locals turn -- blue from the "cold" that is -- (which the Northerners would probably find "bracing" LOL).

We've got a spare room here in FL, and the weather is finally awesome :) AND....lots of letterboxes in the area!!

. . . MM also has a well-stocked craft room AND a generous spirit. I'd go there if I were you! Wait . . . I DID go there yesterday, and I had a great time! Thanks MM!

While EVERYONE's offers are more than fabulous sounding, I stuck to the laundry and managed to get through it! One of these days - I'll just hop in my car and just drive around and visit everyone I want to. The down side to being an adult and a parent... less chance for spur of the moment trips like in college.

But I was given an offer I couldn't pass up. A 6am trip to Dover-Foxcroft, Maine on Sunday morning. Doesn't it sound like a blast?

It really depends on if I am moving in November or not... but, I also have no writing experience and have no idea what I would write about; but I guess sometimes you just need to sit and plow through first, right?? Get those creative juices flowing! ;o)

You can get an inverter cheaper. I think they are either $10 or $20 and you can use it for more than just your laptop.
