Don't list it here (or anywhere else for that matter), without the placers express permission, if it can be obtained. If you do list it, ensure that it's identified as an adopted box, and give credit to the placer.

Thanks Jiggs and Wereallinthistogether for your comments. Yes, Jiggs, that is the site; thank you. I found the HH there and can see some of its history recorded. As you said, it is for HH launched prior to 2005, and they refer to AQ for more recent activity. I will contact the owner to see where to go from here.
