I would list the boxes for the event as a traditional series, and then retire it and list the series again
but make note that it was used for such and such event so that
people who already have the images can decide if they want to get
them again.

Everything will be ok. Boxers are so nice. I was nervous for my event, but everyone who showed up helped me!

The series will be temporarily planted at the location and then perminatly planted somewhere else. Do I list it as a traditional box series and add the new clues and location later? I plan on giving out the on site clues as people arrive so that there isn't a flock of people searching for the boxes...

in general, if they are going to be hunting them using clues at the event, just create a traditional series for it and add the clue and extra details when they become permanently planted later on.

Otherwise, list them as an event box series and then retire that listing and create a new traditional series listing when they are permanently planted.

I hope it's a great time (and space)!

are you going to do clue packets or have people print the clues on their own? I've gone to events where it was done both ways and either seemed to work ok.

I too find that most boxers are great people and are forgiving of the glitches that happen at events. There will probably be at least one. Don't forget about the reason you're having the event in the first place: because it's fun!

If you enjoy yourself other people will too. Try not to stress about it too much and recognize that once the event starts you're limited as to what you can "fix". All the work has been done and it's time to socialize, sit back and enjoy the fruits of your labor.

Hope it's a great event!

Its the heat!! Frying you right now.

Call Trish/teacher/MAMA HUNTING DOG and tell her you have some "homework" for her to help you with. LOL Some of those DUMMIES from the past will chime in to encourage you too.

Sorry we can't make the event but Swim Team has a meet that day.
