Have a friend coming that is on Weight Watchers and I need a recipe for Grilled Chicken... Thanks

I let the chicken sit in Newmans Lite Caesar dressing for about 30 minutes, then grill on the grill. When done, I slice it up and serve it over salad greens with fresh shaved Parmesan. Easy, and adds very few points.

take 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast and brush with olive oil sprinkle cumin salt and pepper onto them

grill for 12 to 15 minutes turning once

meanwhile combine 1 med. cucumber chopped, 1 large tomato chopped, 1/4 cup chopped onion, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 2 cloves of garlic minced and stir to combine...... in another bowl, combine 1/2 cup greek yogurt (plain) 1 Tbsp honey and 1 tbsp milk.

Serve chicken topped with cucumber mixture and drizzle with yogurt mixture

serves 4

Cavender's All Purpose Greek Seasoning

I just put the chicken on the grill (or under the broiler) turn as it just starts to brown and sprinkle with the "seasoning". Brown the second side. Turn, sprinkle, let the first side finish browning.

Remove and serve!

Cavendar's is my "go-to" seasoning. It tastes good on everything from grilled chicken to potatoes and I'm never without it in the cupboard.

Grill the chicken and top with mango salsa or any other kind of fruity salsa. I got started with this while on WW and it is still a favorite in our family.

We always marinate in italian then grill and the chicken ends up so juicy.

When we lived in OKC is where I discovered it! I was so afraid of not being able to find it when we moved to CA that I bought like 15 shakers of it before we moved. I'm still using the OKC Cavender's today!

we are a good two hours away from OKC now so I don't know when I will get a chance to find it.
