For the ATC's, I think it would be great to stay with the 2.5 x 3.5 size, so they will fit in with anyone who already collects ATC's and they will fit in the baseball card sleeves for easy storage, viewing and protecting.
Another idea is that ATC's made with one's personal stamp might be great to put in boxes for first finders... I know I'd be excited to find those.

That is a great idea to have an ATC in a box for first finders. It could be based on the theme of the box and have the person's personal stamp on the back with their information.

How much postage do you think we should put on the SASE envelope for the LTCs?
Would two or three stamps do?

I usually wait until I get to the post office. I weigh what I'm mailing (minus the SASE) and put that much on the envelope inside.

Can I have three guesses?
OK, guess one - The sea (waves and what not)?
guess two - A person green with sea-sickness sitting in a boat at sea?
and guess three - nursery maides leading children with wooden spades?
I give up!
