Can someone tell me what the stamp swap board is and how does it work?

I was in a stamp-swap postal. Not sure if this is what it is though. In the postal all the stamps went out and you could swap out up to 5 of them. Then you put your own stamps in as a trade. Maybe it is so more artists can be represented in other areas? (like here?) I am off to that board now to see if I can figure it out! Terrio

If you have a stamp you don't want to plant or it doesn't fit the area you live in and you would like to send it off to someone else, you let everyone know by posting it on that board. Or if you are looking for stamps for an event you can see if people will carve for you or have some that fit your event that they can send - please join us!
