some of "the" Missouri patches? Does that mean that there already is one? We have been talking about that on the Missouri board and no one mentioned that there was already one in existence. If there is not already a design, I have a design for the St. Louis area (with an arch on it) that I never made into patches that could be modified to encompass the whole state. Although an outline of the state would be nice, and mine doesn't have that. Mine looks like this:

I could make a design for Missouri if you want me to. (Since I love it so much; hence my trail name!)

That is a very nice design! Heck, if you wanted to, just replace that black circle with the outline of the state. Just a thought.

see premium hat above for accurate representation

I have to say I'm a little bit afraid for you being around a vaccume. I mean sprites could get ....ummm sucked up and be gone forever....or at least until somebody takes the bag out.

Perdue is a she and I think there was some family health issues/accidents and she hasn't been active for awhile. She lives in KC I think. She had a design but I'm not sure what came of it other than a lot of people voting on what they wanted or didn't want. The B HUnters
PS I'd buy a MO patch and there is someinterest from CA as well. A few people have written me for them. Also, I htink if you get them in time for LB CON in MO, you'd be able to sell them pretty easy since we've received requests for them.

Oooh! I'm all about a MO patch!

But I wonder if the people farther outstate would be cross having the St. Louis Arch all over everything? What did the rest of the state think of the state quarter? I mean I like it, but I live here so I'm a bit biased. Regardless the outline of MO is a good idea!

I had my Gateway Letterboxing keychain that I got at the pool party attached to my logbook, but logo broke off the chain. So I superglued it to a pin back and I have that on my backpack! :) Yay button!

I have my Gateway Letterboxing keychain hanging on my backpack as well, but it is almost hidden. I am biased to have the arch on the patch as well, but I like the idea of the state outline with the arch in the eastern side.

I'd take a NY one and also a MO one. For the MO one I would vote for the outline of MO with perhaps an arch, a Branson star and it HAS to have a Bass on it (Bass-Pro Shops began in Springfield, my 1st hometown. Perhaps some caverns or stalagtite/stalagmite as those are numerous in the state. That kind of covers the east(arch), west(bass), south(branson) and central(cavern) of state. Any idea for northern end of state?

I'd definitely be interested in two Missouri patches. Let me know you want the money up front.

I have two of your NY patches, but not the MO patch. I have several finds and 3 plants in Missouri. We are there 3 or 4 times a year. Would love to have 2 of the MO patches as well. My wife was born in Warrensburg and raised in Concordia. Does that qualify us?

Well, people had mentioned Perdue's design back a few posts, so to my knowledge, that's the only patch that had been put forth. If Perdue wasn't returning, I was willing to make a patch (either using her design or making a new one). Seems only right that someone in the state (or at least, someone with a design already created) should make it, though. I think you're elected, MO! :-)

I know it is December and you wrote about Missouri patches in October. What can I say, I've been busy. I would love 2 Missouri patches if they were produced. If they were and not sold out let me know where to send the money and it will be in the mail. I am also interested in Kansas and Illinois patches. If any one knows anything about them. Duhh. I will go to the Kansas and Illinois boards. Thanks, Judy
