Or check with the manufacturer. I have been able to purchase all kinds of replacement parts for different things, including appliance lids, trays etc.

Sorry it took so long to get back to this.
Cherry Glazed Pork Chops
6 large, boneless chops, 3/4 inch thick (the ones I used were labelled "grillers", whatever that means)
1 T olive oil
Salt & Pepper, to taste
1 15oz can cherry pie filling (I used the no-sugar-added kind)
1 t. lemon juice
1 t. (or 1 cube) chicken bouilllon
1/4 t. ground mace (you might be able to substitute nutmeg, if you don't have mace)
Salt and pepper both sides of the chops and brown them in oil (lid on). Combine reserved cooking juices with other ingredients. Layer sauce and chops in crock pot and cook on low 6 hours.
We ended up shredding the meat and eating it like pulled pork. Yummy!!

I wonder where a crock would fit on Poison Ivy's letterbox rating system?
