Sounds like a great time, Boney. I wanted to stay and camp. maybe next time, but with 7 dogs here...yes, if I didn't tell you I've been dogsitting for about 2 weeks now and another week and a half to go. Me and the vacuum cleaner has become the best friends. *My daughter and her friend went to visit the AF daughter in Germany. They are traveling to all the neat places (Paris, Amsterdam, Venice, Luxembourg and all the wonderful countryside) and I'm sitting here cleaning up poo and being yelled at by treat hungry beasts. "Hey, look at me I sniffed his butt. GIVE ME A TREAT." I do have to say They are the cutest things when they are asleep.

have I told you the one about the foot long hot dog at the cemetery?

This one has me curious. Do tell!

Spirit Seeker and I may get together for a little haunting event at a real haunted place, in the future, at night... By then I should be able to get a few ghost stories together for the kiddies!

I'm there! Two of my favorite hobbies. Who wants to join us? Ghostboxing Event 2009?

Foot long hot dog is a hitchhiker I picked up from Wanderwoman in a cemetery in Woodsfield. She didn't mention the 4 deer we saw wandering around either. I know I was punchy from the 2 hours sleep I had the night before.

Could we not do something with Mansfield Prison? There is a box there and it's the home of Shawshank Redemption.

By the way, I though I had a ticket flapping in the breeze under my windshield wiper, turned out to be a note from you.

That little cemetery had a marker dedicated to Mary M, consort to Andrew Jackson, I hope BYR got a good picture of it, mine was washed out by the flash.

What are we talking about here? Ghost-busting? A gathering? General mayhem?

I think Mansfield Reformatory is an experience that would be fun. The only thing with them is tickets go on sale around the first of the year? (don't hold me to that) I don't know how fast they sell out.

Hope I didn't give you a scare! I do want to go back to that little cemetery. I didn't get enough time to explore. Darn those other letterboxers I was traveling with, lol.

My girlfriend did the Mansfield Reformatory this year (I didn't get to attend). She said it was very cool. She and I also did a ghost camp out in Columbiana County. We had a blast. Actually got the smell of sulfer at the site where Pretty Boy Floyd was shot. And I got a picture of what looks like a person looking around the corner of a house (Granny's House). If you arrange something, count me in.

Otterbelly, can you shed some light on this for us?

It is my understanding she updates the dates when they sell out on their website.

OK I have left a message at the haunted prison for more information. AQ E-mail me some feedback as to what dates would be good for this event... (since I don't get a chance to see these boards as often with the dial up thing) 2009 would be warmer for camping I think.
