Well ring leaders who are on the list could send the names of black holes to TG. Since this is an anonymous listing and not posting names to the public it should take care of the problem.

When you reply on the message board everyone can see the comments. To reply directly to a person click on the AQ mail icon (envelope) next to the person's name. That will be an email style response only visible by that one person.

"Nothing is for certain on anything, concerning the postals, newbie and veteran alike can mess up or become a black hole/gray hole, because of sickness or other such things."
This reminds me of a song:
"There must be 50 ways to lose a postal"
Ring anyone?

I have 2 questions:
1. When you say that we have to have participated in 5 postals, does that include launching them?
2. can all 5 of the postals be part of a ring?

True, but it is harder to say that they didn't know people are looking for them if we know they are logging in.

I don't necessarily need to see it before it gets sent out as a random. If it is a postal that has already been sent to people, I just need to know who received it so that I don't send it to any of those people again. :) If the list of finds here on AQ is accurate, I can use that. If, for some reason, a person feels more comfortable sending a postal to me first, that is fine.
Donations are welcome, but if it is a postal that you are sentimentally attached to, then I would suggest sending it as a single on your own rather than a random. That way, you have more control over it. :)
