April 17 2010 UPDATE

RedHatBox’rs have completed their logistical planning and here is what we decided.

Attendees will first go to the Rehoboth Beach Chamber of Commerce on the left of Rehoboth Beach Ave just after you cross over the canal entering town. Find the RHB’r in the funny hat--she will have your crawl details for the day. She will be either in the building or weather dictating – lounging in a camp chair in the parking lot between 11AM – 12:30PM.

The crawl will begin as soon as you have your crawl details and end at 5PM at a location identified in your packet.

There will be a list of about 15 pubs (with addresses) and a street map. Some of these pubs will have an asterisk(*) and a Bowzer Beer bottle at the bar. RedHatBox’rs will be rotating through these (*) pubs. Clue packet will instruct you what to do when you encounter one inside a pub.

There are no formal teams—the competition is on an individual basis. You will be competing for who gets the most points by completing the Trivia Scavenger Hunt – a search to identify which pubs satisfy the trivia clue and how many of the crawl stamps you have collected. So meet up and join others as you crawl or just follow your own nose and pace.

You are expected to patronize as many of these pubs as your purse and brain cells will allow. Consumption of alcohol is not required.
