Terrific site! I got a kick out of reading the remarks in the logbook about how tough a hike this is. The waterfall behind the spies was going strong today, but the box was dry and well and ready for more Finders.

Encouraged by the report of a find on this box we finally made the effort to hunt this one and WOW what a trip! Not much of a rope but enough to help in the one spot. Could have brought a longer rope with us, but we were able to work it out just fine. The location was great and the box was in good shape. Picked up a HH and wished we had brought one down with us to leave. All was good and ready for the next seeker.

Awesome 1st time LB experience. Thank you to Beth & Mike for sharing this great hobby with us.

Best find yet!! Great clues and loved the "scramble". Waterfalls? No, not this time of year - but evidence of them is there. Tiki torches? Nope. Looks like someone used them for a campfire. :-( But there is still a jug of Tiki Torch fuel there, with a picture of a Tiki torch! Thanks. Excellent location and carve!!

WARNING: The was a small (12") poisonous snake sunning himself on top of a rock in the area. Just be careful.

I may be wrong about the date but we were with other letterboxes this day and got to tag along for the adventure. We had not yet made our stamps or logged in but we were hooked!!!!!
What A Blast : )

We almost gave up after an hour but decided to leave no rock unturned. Eventually found it and it was worth it. Loved the hike!! Thanks so much for the best day of our vacation.

Great hiding spot--we almost missed it. And superb carving!

Wow! What a neat place! The view is great, & I love the stamp. There were no waterfalls, so I had to just hunt around in likely hiding spots to find the box.

How did you ever find this place? I'm sure the locals frequent it, but I don't think you are from that area.
