Could use some more landmarks in the clues to be sure but I'm almost positive we found the tree. There was a geocache there but no box.

I love this park, too. The trails DO now have trail markers, so that helps. PLENTY of persimmons on the ground if you take the Boyd spur.

What fun (including the surprise)! I hate to admit that I get hopelessly lost every time I come to this park. The biggest problem with me is that the trails are not marked by name on the map, so I chose the wrong trail head to start.
