I know we were in the right spot and we looked in every nook and cranny, no box to be found :(

Beautiful spot. Easy find.

Went to check on the box and found the town has cut down the tree. The box should be made inactive.

Every time I passed this park on the Long Island Railroad, I always thought to myself, "What a great place to hide a letterbox!" Thanks for bringing us here, beautiful views, nice stamp. I have some old family history involving that bull. Quite a tale.

Thanks for planting! There was a car in the lot when I got there so I acted like I was talking on my cell when I got the box. Then I waited 15 minutes for it to leave, finally I just did the phone thing again and rehid. When I was pulling out of the lot, I saw that the driver of the parked car was napping!! Box is in good shape.

It took us awhile to realize the park was not BEHIND the bull! LOL... Fun search, and a great addition to our logbook. We always admired him as we drove by, and even said "we should carve a stamp for him"...Thanks!

Cool find on a beautiful Easter weekend. Nice to see Whisper honored with a stamp!
