Loved the story at the toll sign. Was up and close to some deer who also liked where the box was buried.

On our 39th Anniversary walk we found your cool box and stamp. It was wet and we dried it out. Thanks for planting this.

I loved this location. It was so deep under the pine needles I wasn't sure it was there at first. Inside of bag was wet, I dried it out with a towel the best I could. Be sure to get the "native land" stamp very close by on the enchanted forest trail.

I found this on 08/04/15. I found it in the same condition as the previous comment, stamp book soggy and not salvageable. I think I did email you about it. I thought I recorded this the day I found it but I don't see any recordings of it. This was my 4th Letterbox find ever. Nice little hike from Lookout Mountain Road. It's a busy trail, both hikers and mountain bikers on it.

I'm sorry to report that the logbook was a sodden, muddy lump and not salvageable. I tucked the cover back in with the stamp, which is beautiful and fine, and I tossed the rest of it out so the bag would stay dry-ish. If you are heading to this box, please bring a replacement logbook (2" x 2.5" max.) Thanks!

This hike had lots of down and then lots of back up on the way out! Luckily, there were a few shady patches to escape the heat of the day. Thanks for the plant and added adventure on our three week trip around CO.

Great little hike! Took the easy way since it was starting to snow, but looks like starting from the bottom would be fun.

Sweet carve of one of my favorite animals. Surprisingly warm hike for mid October. Thank you for taking us to this lovely area.
