Great hike--pretty stamps--thanks!

Romantic Date. Wish the other boxes were there. Lovely walk. Only found 3 of the 8 boxes.

We found the first one!!!!! It was hidden in the ' rooty tree" in a crevice covered by bark. Hubby thought something looked strange about the tree and low and behold, there it was :)
We looked for #7, love grows, for quite awhile but couldn't find it. I'm thinking it is unavailable. :(

We only had time to find the second box... but we are already planning to spend some time completing this series soon!

The 1st and 3rd stamps are gone.
For those of you who found all but the last one, I've moved it, there are updated clues, and it's an easy grab now :)

We had fun with this one! Couldn't find Love of Music or Love Grows. The last one had such long directions that we decided to move on to others that are in this beautiful park. Thanks!

Yay! Found boxes 6 & 7 but got too confused to find 8. Thanks for a "lovely" series! It's a perfect time if year to enjoy the rhododendron gardens as so many of the rhodies are in full bloom. Btw - most of the logbooks are full (love it when that happens).

Cool Series! We will have to come again for more love!! Thank you!!

We stumbled upon this series on our way to a different box. (we thought the starting of this one was in a different part of the park!)
We somehow missed the 1-2 miles thing and took our 8 & 3.5 year old kiddos with us. They were having a great time until about 1.5 hours into and they were ready to be done. Again, that was our fault for not noticing the box details more.
The 3rd box in the series was not there - we all but dug up that poor tree! (Not sure if that was supposed to be "Love of Music" because we couldn't find that title in the clues.)
We missed the Key to Your Heart because we didn't read the clues right, again our fault. :(
We found #6 & #7 but got miserably lost 4 or 5 turns into the clues after that. We wandered around, tried to back track a couple of times, but we were almost at 1.5 hours and still needed to get back to the car. We decided to give up for the day and our 8 year old was really upset about not finding the last clue! We told her we'd be back, and we will! With friends next time!
It was a lot of fun, we had great weather (for March!) and I would definitely suggest wearing good shoes, and if it's been at all a little rainy, wear ones that can get muddy!!
Thanks for all the work you put into this series!
