All logbooks need more paper The trails we gorgeous with blooming redbud and dogwood everywhere. Especially loved “Shane’s Shortcut”. Could not find “Butterfly “, but totally enjoyed the others.

We even found the butterfly this time! It was out in the open, so we re hid it carefully!

The dragonfly was beautiful and the clues led us right to it. We didn't attempt the water strider on this trip out. It looks like the butterfly might have fallen victim to the controlled burns going on out here. We searched the area described pretty thoroughly and no sign of as box.

Great find! We looked for these boxes a year ago and could not find #1 in the series. We wanted to give it another try and quickly found it this time. We are so glad we tried again.
