There was ice in the box. Dried it out and replaced the bags. Nice tribute to Woody Guthrie.

Would have totally missed this, if was just driving through town. Thanks for the plant and history. Stamp and small logbook are still dry as a bone, due to previous finders replacing the bags :)

What a great stamp and location! We refreshed all of the baggies. There are only a few pages left in what appears to be a replacement logbook, so, it would be good it someone can provide another logbook soon. Thanks for planting this - I would never have know. It was here!

Previous first aid was effective. All is well.

Box was full of water. I dried it out and replaced the wet logbook with some paper. I put the entire box in a plastic baggie to try and protect it.

Love the fence! Went 50 miles out of our way to see it.

Found the box full of water. Stamp was covered in slime but cleaned up well. Plastic bag with logbook was intact and the log was only slightly damp.

Lots of fun. We sang "This land is your land" in honor of woddy.
