They are doing a lot of inground plumbing and have torn out a boatload of stuff around the building there was no koi pond so unfortunately there was no way to locate this box.

Koi Pond must be no more... but found it. Even found the Store Cat Charlie sleeping in one of the cars. Be sure to give him some pets, ke loves them!
