Box Comments

Great first finds for our family. We had read the comments and expected that “Carving” wouldn’t be there, so we weren’t too disappointed, but glad we searched for it or the clues leading to “Jack & Jack” wouldn’t have made sense. The trail is quite easy to lose under the fall leaves as you depart “Carving”.

We found the box for Carving, but someone has taken the stamp out of the box.
The first and third stamps are very awesome!

What an awesome carve. Thanks for the amended clues. Great hiding spot.

I checked on box #1 and updated the clues. If a dead pine tree moves a few feet in the forest, who notices it? Letterboxers.

We weren’t able to find Box# 1 but we did manage to find Boxes 2&3. Good clues. Some of the terrain may have changed since you planted the box but we were able to find the twisted woodpecker pole which helped give us a reference point. Very nice carves.

Great directions, fun hike and good carves!

Lovely carves! All boxes nice and dry despite recent heavy rains. Path after box 2 was underwater. My choices were to detour through the briars on the right or the shrubs on the left. I chose the briars. All's well that ends well.

This is a great walk and wonderful carves. I was afraid of getting lost since the trails aren't marked, but there were so many clear reference points, the boxes were easy to find! It's a nice quiet park, not very travelled- at least in the winter!

wonderful clues--didn't need a map at all. Also great carvings.

Great hints, great carvings. What an awesome find the day after Thanksgiving. I can't believe the temperatures this time of year. Thanks to you Rebiccola, for helping to make our vacation break a memorable one. This should be a diamond in my opinion. Nice box.
