Totally bummed that we couldn't make it to the box. We turned onto Pottery Park Driveway, but there was a closed/locked gate right at the beginning of the road, so we couldn't make it to the starting address. It was about an hour before dark, so I'm not sure if it was just closed off for being later in the day, or permanently.

We found it today- such a cool stamp! There were no more pages in the logbook so maybe someone will add a new log!

Absolutely adorable clues and carve!! Great one for kids but parking is limited and on dirt/leaves. (To get to the start use address 2737 Torrey Pines Rd. in Google maps)

Found this box today with my friend Kyra! I have actually been letterboxing for four years now without an account. I found this box today, and it was really fun. The stamp was really cute.

Easy to find. Short walk. Love it!

Awesome carve! Was excited to see you hid one here and had to go find it :) We had no problems with fallen logs oand the stamp was exactly where described. The address did seem to be off in Google Maps. Turn at the "Pottery Canyon Natural Park" sign

Update: Upon further review we just realized that we somehow accidentally found a completely different letterbox and did not in fact find this letterbox! To find the letterbox that we found you can follow those clues. The name of the box we accidentally found is "Pottery Canyon: Box #1"

Update to previous comment: Apparently, we didn't find this letterbox at all! We just so happened to find a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT letterbox by chance. This is the one we found: https://www.letterboxing.org/BoxView.php?boxnum=25315

Like the previous commenter (my brother) said, we very luckily found this box when we were trying to climb over a bunch of fallen trees that were blocking the path. The Tupperware container was curiously sitting opened with the log book outside of it, in the middle of the fallen trees. As my brother said, we rescued it and put it back together and re-hid it behind a small log right before the greenish sewer thing. There was also clues to a "bonus stamp" but, we were unable to find that one due to the fallen trees that were impeding the way.

We found this, but not where described! In fact, it is unclear where it was supposed to be. We found the box by spotting a Tupperware, open, with its contents strewn about some fallen trees. So, we re-hid the box nearby. You can find it by following the directions until you see a green sewer grate-like thing. To your left will be a pile of logs. Move one of the smaller log pieces and the box will be under it.
