I only saw one road in through 2 sets of gates & rock walls. Rough road, but go slow and you can make it.

There are two roads into this State Park, but the one you want is currently closed for road repair until some time in November, 2017.

That is one helluva road! The beach seems to be mostly for sunbathing and surfing or fishing. Nice sand, good waves, some shade. Love Kliban's backside!
