Find Route 71A/Chamberlin Highway and Norton Road which runs off of it. Once on Norton from the Chamberlin Highway, take your first right onto Winesap Road and follow the road straight until it ends in a cul-de-sac, which is the entrance to Bicentennial Park. (Directions borrowed from Mark & Sue's 'Dog Walk' series). Please park away from Fire Lanes.
