only 1 knee replacemnt:)
but had 2 knee surgeries last year..
almost a month ago now..
guess another month before can go letterboxing

Oh yes, I've heard that one once or twice, but more often people wonder if I got replacement parts from Sears & Roebuck. Har. Har. :)

Hang in there! Every day gets better and better. Are you still doing physical therapy? The better flexion you get, the easier it will be to get down to grab those boxes! Every little bit you get beyond 90° will only make letterboxing easier later on. I know it hurts like the dickens exercising it now, but you will be so glad you did!

Can you kneel on your "good" knee? That should get you close enough to pretty much any letterbox. And trekking poles will help as well. Right now you are in the middle of the worst of it. But don't get discouraged, this time next year you will be running up and down the trails!
